Sophie Restino was a student of Ilio Signori.
She has participated in numerous collective and solo exhibitions in France. She has also completed commissioned works for the company EY (trophies and lithographs for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award) and for the city of Sucy-en-Brie (sculpture for the 30th anniversary of the twinning between Sucy-en-Brie and Bietigheim-Bissingen).
In 2010, she was awarded the encouragement prize in the sculpture section by the Academy of Fine Arts, Institute of France, Paris.
